Rugby Australia is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core Administrator who can:

  • Be innovative in creating new solutions to business problems to drive efficiency
  • Train stakeholders on how to get the most value from the systems
  • Administer and support internal stakeholders

Key responsibilities for this role:

Innovation

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define their business problems and create solutions
  • Develop and customize the salesforce to meet new requirements of Rugby AU.
  • Add value in all stages of project work (definition, development, deployment)
  • Evaluate new app exchange products that would add value for our environment.

Training

  • Run in person and online training sessions with users to upskill them
  • Create super users in internal departments and Super Rugby clubs and State Unions
  • Create scalable training solutions that can deployed across the user base to onboard new users

Admin & Support

  • Support the users with the Rugby AU Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Core implementation.
  • Build and configure data extensions, automations, and journeys in Marketing Cloud
  • Build and configure users, objects, reports, dashboards in Salesforce Core
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • Work closely with third parties if required to ensure development/issues are prioritized and developed in line with best practices.
  • Fix data issues with data loader and other administration tools.

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator qualification
  • Salesforce Administrator qualification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin experience
  • Salesforce Core Admin experience
  • Salesforce to Marketing Cloud data sync
