Rugby Xplorer Websites (PRO)
- Pro website subscriptions are available now.
- This allows administrators to:
- Content sharing with other sites on the network
- Customise website navigation
- Add new pages
- Custom .rugby domain, free for the first year
- Upload assets individually including images, videos and documents
- The Pro subscription will cost $100 per month, inclusive of GST. Clubs and associations will require an entity card to be setup in the admin portal before they can request to “upgrade” to the pro subscription.

- Association admins can now add in their association address so that the association is pinpointed on the Rugby Xplorer websites ‘Contact’ map.
Custom Questions
- Clubs, associations and/or state admins can add custom questions to their registrations.
- There is a maximum of three (3) questions that can be added by each entity. Check out the ‘Custom Questions’ self-help guide here.
- Ensure all participants update their Rugby Xplorer app for the registration changes to flow through.
Rugby Xplorer App Update
- There have been lots of enhancements, ensure your Rugby Xplorer app is updated today.
- New participants signing up to Rugby Xplorer will see a date of birth picker (instead of a text field) and international codes for mobiles numbers.
- Link to Super Rugby ‘Tipping’ available in the ‘More’ menu.
- Bug fixes for saleable items with a link for more information will open in a new tab.
- Plus custom questions appearing for all registrants, info icon for role and the privacy question removed from the registration questions.
'My Club' Enhancements
- ‘My Club’ information has now been split into 4 tabs. This information will flow through the Rugby AU Find-a-Club.
- Details: club name, association, logo, home venue, club address and the additional of the Australian Sports Foundation number. The ASF number is important for all clubs collecting club donations through Rugby Xplorer registrations.
- Contact: ability for clubs to add multiple club contacts. There will be one main contact and unlimited additional contacts as required.
- Game Formats: clubs can display which game formats (XVs, 7s, Touch 7s, etc.) and competitions (junior boys, junior girls or senior men’s, senior women’s).
- Website: clubs can choose their club colours, view their website and choose to change their subscription from free to pro.

2022 Certificate of Currency
- Your new 2022 Certificate of Currency is available for download in the admin portal.
Club Donations & Australian Sports Foundation Number
- Tax-deductible donations to your club can be made through Rugby Xplorer’s registration process.
- Donating is as simple as choosing to add a tax-deductible donation at checkout. These funds will be passed onto the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF), who will issue a tax-deductible receipt to the donor and grant the money to your club before EOFY.
- Donations to your club can be used for anything that develops sport, whether it be new uniforms, equipment, coaching assistance, or facility upgrades.
- Everything you need to know about signing up with the ASF to receive donations can be found here. To ensure your club receives donations made by your members and players in the 2022 season, you will need to be signed up with the ASF before 31 May 2022.

Dispensations
- Age Grade, Senior Rugby and Front Row (Schedule B) all require club approval before association admins can assign assessing coaches.
- If clubs and/or associations are declining a dispensation request, please include a reason why. This will be included in the email notification sent to the player.
