Competition Case Updates
- Association admins can add ‘signs and symptoms’ for blue card (concussion) cases once you have received the paper form from player/club. This is a multi-select function and admins can select all signs and symptoms from the dropdown, including a free text field with ‘other’ is selected. All signs and symptoms will display with a ‘1’ in their own column within the Competition Cases Report.
New Accreditations
- 4 new accreditations have been added into the Accreditations page and Accreditation report:
- Coach Ready
- Referee Ready
- Season Ready (Referee)
- Refereeing 7s
Dispensation Updates
- Member Assessments & Dispensations Report has replaced the existing Size for Age Dispensation Report. Report updates include:
- Adding all online assessments into the report (Size for Age, Age Grade, Front Row and/or Senior Rugby.
- Ability to filter the report based on the assessment type/dispensation request.
- Adding the assessment type, consent status and status of dispensation into the report.
- Height and weight will show for all individuals (when the individual has added these details into the registration process and/or the assessing coach have completed their assessment).
- Players who submit an Age Grade Dispensation will be asked whether or not they are requesting to ‘Play up 2 years’ or ‘Play down 1 year’. This information will appear in the Member Assessments & Consent Form page and the Member Assessments & Dispensation Report.
- Bug fixes for admins to be able to update player’s height and weight in the Member Management page.
Registration Refund & Credit Requests
- Have you checked all your ‘pending’ Registration Refund Requests in Rugby Xplorer?
- The ‘Processing Refunds’ help article explains the process and requires all four entities (club, association, state and national) to review the request before it is processed.
- Remember, to provide a ‘cash refund’ your entity will require an Entity Card setup in the admin portal that is valid with sufficient funds setup in Rugby Xplorer (Payment Settings > Entity Card). Otherwise, you can provide a Rugby Xplorer Credit that can only be used for the same entity or decline the request (with a note) and process manually offline.
Club Donations
- Rugby Xplorer allows individuals to make a tax-deductible donation to your club through the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) when registering. The donations are forwarded to the ASF, who issues a tax-deductible receipt to each donor. Then, provided the club is signed up with the ASF, the money will be granted to the club.
- To check on the status of your Club, download the Registration Report and look for the ‘Club Donation Amount’ column.
- To receive these donation funds now or in the future, your club will need to be registered with the ASF. Clubs who are already registered will be contacted directly by the ASF with clear instructions regarding any action the club needs to take to receive payment. This may include setting up a project or reviewing/providing club bank account details.
- Don’t forget to add your Australian Sports Foundation number (ASF number) into ‘My Club Details’ tab.
- If your club is not yet registered with the ASF, to receive this season’s donation funds you’ll need to sign up here before 30 June 2022. This is free, will only take 5-10 minutes and you’ll receive a welcome email from the ASF with next steps.
