Learning Centre

Learning Centre

The Rugby Australia Learning Centre is the official place for education and training in rugby union across Australia.

It is a one-stop hub where anyone involved in rugby can find and complete learning relevant to their role. This includes players, coaches, match officials, administrators, volunteers, team managers and teachers. The Learning Centre helps people participate in rugby safely, confidently and effectively.

Teacher Ambassadors

As a Teacher Ambassador, there are no compulsory training courses you are required to complete. However, a range of optional courses are available to support your learning and development.

Over time, Rugby Australia will introduce bespoke education and training specifically designed for delivering rugby in schools. For now, you are encouraged to:

  • Browse the course library
  • Register for any courses that interest you
  • Complete learning at your own pace

Further updates and new opportunities will be shared throughout the year.

All individuals can access the Learning Centre via the web version Rugby Xplorer Portal.

  • Click Learning Centre from the menu on the left-hand side.

Note: Individuals may not be able to enroll in a course if there is a specific age restriction, incomplete pre-requisite learning, or unavailability (for face-to-face courses).
