Ready to sign up? Registering for the Teacher Ambassador Program is completed via the Rugby Xplorer app or portal. See below or download the Registration Guide and follow the 6 easy steps to get started.
REGISTRATION GUIDE:
1. Register > Find a Club
- Before registering to the Ambassador Program, teachers must first set up a Rugby Xplorer account. This can be completed via the Rugby Xplorer app or portal.
- Once signed into Rugby Xplorer, click ‘Register’, and then ‘Find a Club’.
Note: If you already have a Rugby Xplorer account, please sign in using your existing details to ensure duplicate accounts aren’t created.

2. Select Registering Participant
- Select your name to register and click "Continue".
3. Search for a Club
- Search for “Rugby AU Teacher Ambassador Club” or click here.
- Select the Club name and click “Next”.
4. Select Role, Registration Type and Duration
- From each dropdown menu select the Registration Role (Teacher), Registration Type (Primary School Teacher/Secondary School Teacher/Sports Coordinator-Administrator) and Duration (Season), then click “Next”.
5. Continue through Registration process
- Registration will display as ‘Open’, continue to follow the registration prompts ensuring that all mandatory questions are completed.
6. Check and Confirm
- Review the registration payment summary page and agree to the National T&Cs before following the “Pay $0” button to finalise registration.
