Rugby Xplorer
- We completed a major system upgrade last week, boosting the performance of the system.
Admin Portal
- Updated ladder sorting options:
- Matches Lost: rewarding teams with the lowest number of losses.
- Bonus Points: rewarding teams with the highest number of bonus points.
- More information on ladder sorting options can be found here.
- Updates to registration process for all registration types to check whether a clearance is required for that individual registration type.
- The Contact Report has been updated to include parent/guardian details.
- The full list of Club Reports is available here.
- All tables show a hand cursor to indicate if they are clickable.
- Registration Refund Requests page has been updated to include two tabs:
- All Requests: lists all the refund requests for your entity.
- Pending Requests for my Entity: lists all the refund requests that are still pending and need review at your entity.

Rugby Xplorer Portal
- The account creation process for Rugby Xplorer has been restricted to individuals aged 13 years and above. The following error message will appear:
- “Individuals must be at least 13 years old to hold a Rugby Xplorer primary account. Please ensure your parent/guardian creates a primary account for themselves, before creating and linking your account.”

Rugby Xplorer Apps
- Have you downloaded the latest version of the apps?
- Rugby Xplorer, version 6.7
- Rugby Match Day, version 4.9
Overseas Tour Application
- The Overseas Tour Application Form has been integrated in Rugby Xplorer.
- This will enable club admins to have their club information pre-populated and select from their registered list of players and team officials.

Learning Centre
- Our current learning centre provider, Canopi, has a planned maintenance outage this week. The learning centre will be unavailable during this time.
- Date and Time of Outage Start: Wednesday 10th July 18:00 (AEST)
- Expected Date and Time of Outage End: Thursday 11th July 00:00 (AEST)
Rugby Xplorer Websites
- From 1 July 2024, Rugby Xplorer pro website subscription fee has been reduced to $60 (inclusive of GST) per month. This is a 40% reduction in fees!!
- New Website help videos are available on the Help website:
Customer Service
- Customer service will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
