Referee Review is now live!
Referee Review
- Rugby Australia’s Referee Review platform will house the match day feedback, referee review and developer (referee coach) reviews. The platform will allow both referees and developers to work collaboratively on the referee’s individual performance and development areas. The system will allow trackable documentation of all reports. Including trends in the game, referee wellbeing and club behaviour.
- Referee Review will be aligned with the RA referee profile and allow the match officials to be supported at their appropriate level.
- Registered match officials can now access Referee Review in their Rugby Xplorer Portal.
- Appointment board admins can now add a season coach, stream and grading to an individual referee. The season coach and stream are import for Referee Review functionality linking to which referees the referee coaches can see reports for and the stream of report that individual needs to complete. More information for updating referee information is available here.
- Individual referees will be able to view their appointment board, season coach, stream and gradings via the Availability page in their Rugby Xplorer Portal. More information is available here.
- Referees can submit their Referee Review Reports through their Rugby Xplorer Portal. Each appointment can only have one report submitted. Your appointed referee coach and/or season coach will be able to add comments, which you can view to assist with your refereeing. More information for referees is available here. Additional information for referee coaches is available here.
Admin Portal Updates
- Competition managers can easily update pools once created. There is the ability to order pools, edit teams within pools and/or rename pools. For more information, please see the ‘Setting up Pools’ help article.
- When competition managers ‘create a match’ and save the match, clicking “Back” will take you back to the Matches page. This will ensure that matches do not overwrite each other and all information, including venues, are saved.
- Competition managers will see each competition a team has been added into via the Entities > Teams page and the competitions will no longer be duplicated.
- 'Registration Expired’ emails are only sent once to admins for weekly and monthly registrations that expire.
Rugby Xplorer Portal Updates
- Individuals who successfully find a linked account will only see one ‘continue’ button now.
- When creating a Rugby Xplorer account and/or a linked account, individuals must be at least two (2) years of age.
