Are your Rugby Xplorer and Rugby Match Day apps up to date?

• Have you updated your app?
• Everyone needs to sign out and sign back in to ensure all of the latest changes take effect.
• Updated banner for international matches under ‘News’.
• Ability to select USA Rugby National and USA Community Clubs under ‘Teams’.
• Profile photos displaying for national teams.
• New navigations under ‘More’.

• Have you updated your app?
• Member cards will allow you to scroll forwards and backwards through players and team officials.
• Team List tab

1. Team admins can edit positions for players rolled into the next week’s team list.
2. When adding new players to the team, a dynamic list of positions not already selected on team list will display.
3. Team submission will check that players rolled over and jersey number changes still ensures a unique jersey number for all players.
4. Once one player is selected as captain/vice-captain, the subsequent players will not be defaulted to captain as well. Note, you can add as many captains/vice-captains as you like.
5. Team list cannot be edited for all matches marked as final.
6. Matches marked as ‘forfeit’ will not allow team list submissions.
7. Only team officials with current accreditations will be able to be selected onto the team list (competition setting dependent). If an accreditation expires, the team official will automatically be removed from the future team list.

• Match Day tab

1. When team admins ‘end’ the match, they will see a list of referees who have been appointed by the referee appointment board. Ability to unselect referees who did not show up and add who refereed the match.
2. Appointment board admins will receive an email notification for any match, marked as ‘final’, and has had no show referees selected.

• Squad List tab (club admins only)

1. Additional filters have been added including first name, last name, age, and gender to assist with adding players into the correct squad.
2. For admins with multiple club admin permissions, the clubs have been ordered in alphabetical order.

• Member Management will show list of active participants. You can click into a member to see their full history.
• Transfer Report has been updated to include the participants first and last name, to assist with registration reconciliations.

• Updated linked accounts process, where children who exist in the database but not in Rugby Xplorer and have the same email as the primary account holder can be linked without a unique email address on their database record.

• Your clubs can apply for the equipment and uniforms they need to get more young Australians playing sport more often. 
• The Active Kids grant program is generously funded by The Dickinson Foundation in partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) and focuses on volunteer-run grassroots and community clubs and organisations with members aged 20 or younger.  
• Grants will be awarded in the form of equipment supplied by HART Sport and on-field uniform supplied by ISC.

• Have you checked all your ‘pending’ Registration Refund Requests in Rugby Xplorer?
• The pop-up for participants requesting a credit/refund has been updated to include the difference between credit and refund and asks them to provide a detailed reason.
• The ‘Processing Refunds’ help article explains the process and requires all four entities (club, association, state and national) to review the request before it is processed.
• Remember, to provide a ‘cash refund’ your entity will require an Entity Card setup in the admin portal that is valid with sufficient funds setup in Rugby Xplorer (Payment Settings > Entity Card). Otherwise, you can provide a Rugby Xplorer Credit or decline the request (with a note) and process manually offline.
