Coach
Kids Rugby (U8-U9) is all about having fun, keeping the kids active and teaching them the basic skills.
Junior Rugby (U10-U15) is about building confidence and competence, through a game-based approach that is assisted by modified Laws.
You only need to complete a Smart Rugby course every two-years and a Season Ready (Coach) yearly, to be a 'current' accredited coach.
After completing your Smart Rugby course Rugby Australia encourages coaches to complete one or more of the below courses to gain a deeper understanding.
These courses are a mix of online and face-to-face.
From October 2024, a completed certificate course identified below automatically grants a 'Junior Coach' accreditation.
