Coach

Senior Rugby refers to U19s and above.

To coach Senior Rugby you must hold a current Smart Rugby and Season Ready (Coach) accreditation.

After completing the compliance courses above, Rugby Australia encourages coaches to complete one or more of the below courses to gain a deeper understanding.

These courses are a mix of online and face-to-face.

From October 2024, a completed certificate course identified below automatically grants a 'Community Coach' accreditation.

If coaches are working within representative programs at State level or above, Rugby Australia encourages you to complete the below course through your Member Union:

• Emerging Talent Coach program
