Smart Rugby has been available in Australia for more than a decade and is updated annually to reflect changes to the game.
From October 2024, there will be a number of options available for coaches to complete this accreditation.
- Smart Rugby (Kids - U8-U12)
- Smart Rugby (online)
- Smart Rugby Refresher
There will also be Smart modules - i.e., Smart Tackle, which will be built to enhance confidence and competence, as well as assisting with accreditation maintenance.
To start or update your Smart Rugby accreditation please follow the instructions below:
- Select ‘Browse Learning’ at the top of the page
- Select ‘Smart Rugby’ on left-hand column
- Click on the ‘Smart Rugby’ box
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Launch’
Member Unions will offer Smart Rugby as a face-to-face course. The new program will be approximately 3-hours in duration and free-of-charge
