It is important coaches can identify with the current coaching and playing categories with Rugby Australia.

Community coaching is segmented into the three main age groups below:

Within these three categories coaches may be identified as:

Game Activators – volunteer parents who coach junior pathway club (U6-U12).
Investors – those who love the game and want to give back; they’re normally ex-players coaching juniors and/or seniors
Aspirators – those aspiring to be their best and wanting success for their playing group and the other coaches around them.
