Triangle Passing

Assemble participants in groups of four with three of the participants positioned forming a triangle.

On the Coach's signal, a ball is passed in any direction around the triangle with the fourth participant attempting to tag the participant catching the ball before it can be passed on.

Rotate participants around the triangle until each have had the opportunity to be the ‘Tagger’.

• 3 x cones per triangle
• 1 x ball per triangle

Participants learn that the ball travels quicker than the player whilst working as a team in this fast paced skill game.

• Alter the distance between participants to form smaller or larger triangles.

• Where do our hands need to finish when we pass the ball?
• What shape do our hands need to make when catching the ball?
• Does the ball or player move faster around the triangle?
