Clubs can begin to open their 2022 season registrations.

• The season rollover is now complete!

• Clubs and associations can begin to open 2022 registrations by editing their payment settings and changing them to display as ‘open’. All clubs (excluding exception summer competitions) have had their payment settings marked as ‘closed’.
• Please remember all players should have an active registration before commencing training and participation in matches to be insured.
• 2022 Checklists are available on the Help Resources webpage.
• In partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF), people can now add on tax-deductible donations when registering for your club. Those donations will then be granted to your club and the donor will receive a tax-receipt. For your club to be eligible to receive these donations, you must be signed up with the ASF. This only takes 10 minutes and is free to do. To sign up or find out more about the ASF click here.

• 2022 individual player insurance levies and additional insurance information is available here.
• New Certificates of Currency will be available in January, existing Certificates of Currency can still be used as required.
• Please note, Rugby Xplorer has been updated with 2022 insurance levies and these will display in the Fees Breakdown page at club level.

• Attention NSW associations and clubs: players can redeem their 2021 Active Kids voucher for Rugby’s 2022 season before their vouchers expire on 31 December 2021.
• Players will need to enter their NSW Active Kids voucher in the Registration Summary page before completing their registration.
• For more information on Active Kids vouchers please visit the Service NSW website.

• Rugby AU’s Member Protection and Code of Conduct policies have been updated and are available on our Codes and Policies webpage.
• The policies were updated following advice from Sport Integrity Australia and further documentation to support their implementation will be provided in the new year.
