Are you ready for season rollover? 

• 2021/22 season rollover is happening on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 December 2021. The system will be down during this time.
• Clubs can begin to open 2022 registrations from Wednesday 15 December.

• Unique club registration link added into the Payment Settings page.
• Fees Breakdown page has been updated to include all mandatory saleable items from the four levels of payment settings (national, state, association and/or club).
• The ‘Mandatory Saleable Items’ table is dynamic and will only display mandatory saleable items, not optional saleable items, dependent on the Registration Type, Duration, Role and Age selected.
• Don’t forget to check all your ‘pending’ Registration Refund Requests in Rugby Xplorer.
• In preparation, all Clubs, Associations and States should begin downloading all relevant reports and information that you want to maintain your records. Please be conscious if you are storing personal information it needs to be handled in a safe and secure way.

• Country of Origin and Heritage now include ‘info’ icons:

1. Country of Origin – is the country you were born in.
2. Heritage – your family heritage that you identify with.

• Emergency Contact will only accept numbers. Payment screen will only accept numbers in the credit card number field and credit card expiry shows format required (MM/YY).
• Size for Age dispensation will only be calculated for players registering to XVs, 10s and/or 7s registration types. The email notification has been updated to include player’s club, association and age (as of 31 December).
• Players and club admins with a weekly or monthly registrations will receive an email notification once their registration has expired, prompting them to re-register if they wish to continue playing.
• Update your Rugby Xplorer app now to see all of these enhancements.

• Have you checked all your ‘pending’ Registration Refund Requests in Rugby Xplorer?
• The ‘Credits & Refunds Process’ self-help guide explains the process and requires all four entities (club, association, state and national) to review the request before it is processed.
• Remember, to provide a ‘cash refund’ your entity will require an Entity Card setup in the admin portal that is valid with sufficient funds setup in Rugby Xplorer (Payment Settings > Entity Card). Otherwise, you can provide a Rugby Xplorer Credit or decline the request (with a note) and process offline.

• Rugby Xplorer websites will be created for each club and association and will be managed in the Admin Portal. There will be two versions (free and pro).
• Key elements of the free websites include:

1. All fixtures and results showing plus match centre pages for each match.
2. Ability for clubs to add their own news and videos to their website.
3. ‘Contact Us’ page.
4. “Register” button connected to Rugby Xplorer.

• Key elements of the pro websites include:

1. All of the above plus more.
2. Ability to use a custom domain name.
3. Create and customise pages.
4. Customise navigation.
5. Share news and content from other Rugby Xplorer sites that are of interest to your club.
