Have you setup your Rugby Xplorer website? 

• Websites have been created for all clubs and associations across Australia!
• You can access your website under Administration > My Club/My Association and click the 'Website' tab.
• Associations will need to add their logos into Rugby Xplorer for these to flow through.
• Fixtures, results and ladders are available for all competitions and teams.
• Administrators can customise sites via the Rugby Xplorer admin panel, including:

1. Selecting the primary and secondary colours for the site.
2. Adding news articles.
3. Uploading videos.

• We will be launching our “Pro” subscription in the coming weeks allowing additional customisation, content sharing with other sites on the network and custom domain names.

• To update your logo, a free website that may assist with cropping to width and height ratio plus add transparent background is available here.

• Referee Fixture & Appointment Reports now includes a season filter, so referee club admins and appointment board admins can download appointments from previous seasons.
• State and association admins can update competition cases from previous seasons.

• Player clearance email notifications have been updated to include a prompt for the player to continue their registration with their new club.

• Fees Breakdown page has been updated to include all mandatory saleable items as a dynamic table. The ‘Total Registration Fee’ is insurance + state + association + club fees. The ‘Grand Total’ is total registration fee + mandatory saleable items + 2% transaction fee.

• Registration updates including ability for clubs to add custom questions into registration.
