'My Club' Reminder
- ‘My Club’ information has been split into 4 tabs, have you updated your information recently?
- This information will flow through the Rugby AU Find-a-Club and will assist new participants easily find your club.
- Don’t forget to add in your ASF number if your club is meant to receive club donations added throughout the registration process.
- Everything you need to know about signing up with the ASF to receive donations can be found here. To ensure your club receives donations made by your members and players in the 2022 season, you will need to be signed up with the ASF before 31 May 2022.
- If you have any questions about signing up with the ASF, please contact their Fundraising Support Team at info@sportsfoundation.org.au or 02 5112 0990.
Admin Portal
- Admins can now “unselect all” columns with one click when downloading reports in the admin portal.
Rugby Xplorer App Update
- Have you updated your Rugby Xplorer app?
- All mobile numbers now have an international code that can be updated in your profile and throughout the registration processes.
- Plus, there is an improved signup process for new participants.
Referee Appointment System
- The Fixture and Appointment report now sorts alphanumerically by date and then venue when ‘venue’ is chosen as the grouping option.
- Referee club and association admins can download ‘Appointment Board Admins’ using the Admin Users Report.
- Referees can be notified of their appointments to ‘final’ matches and/or matches without teams, provided there is a venue for the match. If the match is missing a venue, please contact your appropriate competition manager.
- Referees will be unable to add unavailability and/or recurring unavailability if they have already been appointed to a fixture. An error will appear informing them they have already been appointed and to contact their appointment board admin.
