Competitions have begun!

• Member Management page updates include:
  • Splitting “name” into “first name” and “last name” columns, for easy sorting on the search page.
  • Profile Picture, if added into a member’s profile, will display for admins in the member details page.
  • Player History will show all matches a player has been selected on a team sheet, starting in the 2019 season. Each column heading has an info icon to explain what this number represents.

• Certificate of Currency button update:
  • Gallagher’s Certificate of Currency will open in a new tab. Start typing in the name of your Club/Entity. If found, select your Club/Entity and complete the remaining details.
  • You should receive an email, almost immediately, with your Certificate of Currency attached. (Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder).
  • Alternatively, you can email Gallagher Sport Team (sport@ajg.com.au) with subject Certificate of Currency.

• Fees Breakdown page only shows the available registration types the club can setup in their payment settings.

• Competition Cases search function now allows admins to search by the member’s name, ID, team name or injury/incident type.
• Updated email preview prefix for Rugby Xplorer communications.

• Referee Management allows for optional Season Coach, Stream and/or Grading. Please note, when no Stream is added to the individual referee, they will see all of the Referee Review Reports. More information is available here.
• Registered coaches who have been selected on a team list will be able to provide constructive feedback on their referee via the ‘Team Coach Report’ in their Rugby Xplorer Portal. More information is available here.
• Referees that have been appointed to matches missing both home and away team will be unable to submit a Referee Review Report. Similarly, Referee Coaches will be unable to submit a Referee Review Report on this referee for this match. These matches will be skipped in the appointments list for both the referee and referee coach.

• Rugby Xplorer admins can now access the Rugby Xplorer Content Management System (CMS), which allows for easy media items and/or page creation.
• Rugby Xplorer admin portal > Websites > CMS will open in the same tab.

• Smart Rugby expired on 1 April. All coaches will require a current Smart Rugby accreditation to be selected on the team list in the Rugby Match Day app. Steps on completing Smart Rugby can be found here. Remember, that it requires an overnight process to be granted your accreditation.
• All team managers will need to be granted ‘team admin’ user permissions to be able to use the Rugby Match Day app. Remember, if their email appears in red, they are a linked account and cannot be assigned admin permissions. More information on user permissions found here.

• Ahead of the 2024 Season, it is important to ensure that incidences of concussion and/or serious injuries are managed effectively in line with best practice guidelines and advice.
• To help bring these guidelines to the front line, and ensure all clubs understand and feel confident in their application, Rugby Australia is pleased to provide free Concussion Management and Injury Reporting posters. Positioned in change rooms, clubhouses, and medical/first aid rooms, these posters provide a step-by-step summary of the effective management of concussions and serious injuries. Clubs can access their free Concussion Management and Injury Reporting posters via the Rugby Australia Club Shop.
• Each order contains 6 x laminated posters with adhesive stickers, ready to display.
