• Rugby Xplorer portal has been to update to easily identify if there are no participants (or linked accounts) that are eligible for a dispensation under your account.

• New schools have been added to the dropdown list when juniors are selecting their school.
• If your school is missing, please contact our customer service team on runningrugby@rugby.com.au.
• Updates to Zip Pay registration flow related to Zip Pay’s updated system.

• Accredited Team Official Report details all team officials added into the Rugby Match Day app team lists and their current accreditations. There report includes MyRugby ID, name, DOB, email, club, team name, competition, role (only coach, manager, ground marshal, assistant referee and/or medical/first aid will appear) plus current accreditations.

• If a player requests a refund/credit through Rugby Xplorer and your club’s component is $0, then your club’s review is automatic and will be ‘declined’.
• This ensures that for any $0 components the club, association, or state, will not need to add a reason. Remember, that if any entity ‘approves’ their component then the player’s registration will change from ‘active’ to ‘inactive’.

• The Australian Sports Foundation invites clubs to complete the Community Sport and Athlete Survey to help understand the factors impacting community sporting clubs and athletes over the past 12 months.
• Everyone who completes the survey can apply for the chance to win one of 15 x $500 cash grants to support their local club or athlete career.
